All you need to know to get ready for the very first virtual #bbuzz!

For our kick off this Sunday afternoon (CEST), or early morning (PT), or evening (IST), or wherever you are around the world, we want you to be ready and prepared to make the most of this year’s Berlin Buzzwords.

Join our virtual platform here and set your profile up so you can connect with other attendees, speakers and sponsors. Important: Please note that we will send you an invitation with a personal code to join, once you have bought your ticket.

If you have registered for a workshop we will send you an e-mail with your personalized access link to the virtual workshop room.

Have you have seen an interesting workshop in the schedule but haven’t registered yet? Don’t worry there are still some places left. You can find a link in the workshop description to register, if there aren’t any places left you can join the waiting list and we’ll let you know if a space becomes available.

On the virtual platform, you will find different tabs:

  • The people tab is where you can connect with other attendees and schedule video calls.

  • The schedule tab is where to find the list of all the talks and workshops.

  • The stream tab is where you will find the different streams, think if them like the stages or rooms at an in person conference.

  • The speakers tab is where you’ll find more information on all our great speakers.

  • The sponsors tab is where you can meet our sponsors and chat with their representatives. Be sure to check them out as they run activities throughout the event.

  • Check the “more” tab for updates and notifications from us and more info on Berlin Buzzwords

To join a talk, you can either go to the “stream” tab and click on the track where the desired session takes place, or you can click on the session in the schedule and you will find a link to the stream right there. Please note that if you do this it will show you what is taking place on the stream at the current time.

Along side the the virtual platform, we will be running a slack channel to chat with other attendees, speakers, sponsors and us! Please jon our slack channel. You have received your invitation together with the registration code for our virtual platform Brella.

Please note that session Q&As will take place in the slack channel so if you would like to ask a question please join the slack channel.
